OMG, I finally finished Mosaic yesterday and got to what actually happened with Justin and her Dad. That's WAYYYYYYYYY worse than what I thought had happened; no wonder she's such a strong/protective captain now; it's like she's trying to make up for not being able to succeed in her efforts with Justin and her Dad. The part when she was continuously hurting herself was heartwrenching............uggh...........that was painful to read but such a great story!!!   (Oh, and I love her sister Phoebe; she's such a hoot............and her first encounter with Tuvok. What a trip that she totally couldn't stand him at first. I find that's how some of the best relationships start out.......)  |

I cried and cried...too sad. I don't like sad. Couldn't her memory have just stayed blank? She was wonderful before she remembered. It was u guys fault that I read it so I'm blaming all of u for making me cry!
Having said that it a really good book and I enjoyed it right up till I cried.
I was gonna buy it on cd for an excuse to have Kate talking to me but I will have to cut out that whole remembering scene now. Could I email you to get it JC? I thought I'd ask so u didn't get a random email.
Have to say though the book didn't really look at how she coped with remembering. She just kinda disappeared into the turbo lift...or is that what caused her behaviour in The Void?

You should definitely get both. There is alot of the story that simply isn't on the audio part, due to time constraints.
But, hearing Kate read the story is AMAZING!!!!!
Get both!!!!!!

Well I don't know about the CD, but it's on iTunes. If you got it from there you could burn it to a CD.

That will work off of iTunes. I dont think that they have put it on CD. I have it on Cass. But I must agree it is a very sad book. It has been a while since I read it but I do remember crying.
Oh wait, we listened to it in the car when we were driving to Colombus.
