I think you have a yearning to see Kate in NYC.......maybe this winter in her newest play, if there is one. Also, you really-really want a snowcone right now. (P.S. there is NO such thing as too much fanfiction; only too much work to interfere with the reading of fanfiction, lol).

I guess I have to go learn how to knit. New one: I was placed in command of Voyager. Holding the Doctor's arm (?) we walked into a small room where Torres, Harry, and Tom were. Tom sat next to Torres and I went to sit next to him but Harry took that chair, so Tom got up and sat next to me on the other side of the room. (Musical chairs, anyone?) Then suddenly all four of us (apparently the Doc went back to sickbay) were "zapped" to four different places in Voyager and the contents of Voyager were changed around, like Twisted. I have weird dreams. Oh, and no more yarn yet.

Oh, gee thanks, Rowan, I read that post last night, laughed at it... and then proceeded to have part of my dream based on it. I had two last night, the first is as follows: Aliens had taken over the ship because the computer was malfunctioning (something about a faulty millennium chip) and almost everyone on board the ship was out cold. Naturally, anyone's first reaction to this would be to hide underneath a table ( ) and I did so. I'm not sure what room we were in, but in walked Tom carrying something that looked like a fruit basket or something and I told him (from under the table - wow, how embarrassing in retrospect) that aliens had taken over the ship and to get down here with me to try to plan on how to take it back. So, dropping the whatever it was he was carrying, he dove under to my left (at this point I had scooted over to make more room under the stupid table so he had the safer spot against the wall). We schemed a little and then he went back out and I followed to try to act on our plan but I think he got phasered or something so then it was just down to me. I think somehow I was able to negotiate with the aliens who kind of resembled members of the Hierarchy only smarter. Second dream: A ton of this is irrelevant - it took place in the streets of New York, only I've never been there so good luck on that one. The main premise is that I was in a small group of people that were on a sort of mission but this was all interrupted when we ran into Seven who was attempting to blow some buildings up. We weren't able to stop her so an entire building complex was destroyed. A police helicopter started searching for us (it had gotten dark out) so we had to hide from the search light (all 3-4 of us, including Seven) and were successful and then we paused a moment just to look at the water on the bay or whatever kind of water mass it was and then Rowan's dream hit me. We were discussing how once on a cruise Robbie had delivered his wife's baby along with a couple others (um...??!) and then the other female in our group who reminded me of Torres only not as Klingon said that she wished he'd been there on the cruise she had been on because she had mis-delivered and the baby had died (so, thanks Rowan). ;D That was the only Trek-related part of the dream.

Ha Ha Ha! So glad I could help! I can't wait to see what Van makes out of this lot! Last night everyone (the whole crew plus me) ended up in a church but not just any church...this church had my headmistress (my boss ) as the priest and little flying saucers (i watched batteries not included on saturday) come to tell me something (probably that someone was pregnant! ;D) no one was getting married, the Doctor had just decided we should all go to church while we waited (what we were waiting for i don't know coz the stupid alarm went off!) that was it last night

Hah, same here! Van is going to have a lot of fun. ;D That sounds funny!! Love the little flying saucers. I also dreamed about some other things last night. I know that Scotty talked to me about something but I have no idea what. Then we (myself, Janeway I think Tom, Harry, McCoy, probably Spock) were taken by aliens because they wanted to learn more about us. They didn't get that far and then one of us said that humans have a point in life, they aren't random creatures or something and the aliens looked at each other and said, "You have a point?" and it was confirmed so part of the floor opened up and we all fell in. Inside, it was pitch black. Worse, our flashlight was starting to go out. In between this, I heard a song on the radio called "I'm Lost In The Delta Quadrant" with Janeway singing along with the others but her in the lead and Tom adding in a few "oh yeahs" every now and then. My gosh, I wish I'd written down the words. She made rhymes with words like Talaxians and Cardassians and things. Anyway, back to the main story, we entered into a small house-like thing. McCoy and a couple others had already made it there and were having dinner. I sat next to McCoy and he looked like his usual "The devil!" self, nicely disgruntled and irked, so I held his hand for a moment while some of them finished up their dinners. The flashlight had essentially died by the time we made it in. I asked if it would ever get bright out but got no back as an answer since we were in a sort of long underground cave. However, when I looked out the window, I said, "But look! I see green trees, snow capped mountains..." and they looked and McCoy told me I should have moved to Colorado, since that was what we were seeing. We spent awhile in "Colorado" trying to figure out how to get out but I don't know if we ever did. I do know that one of them, a young man called Justin (who knows where he came from) had been in the Canadian marching band thing and he didn't remember it, didn't remember anything about his past and acted really funny along with his mother until we decided that they were both aliens plants. More of a TOS-related dream, but at least some Voyager people were hanging around.

Got another one for you, Van. We were at a school I've never been to, Pensacola Christian Academy (I just took the homeschool tapes), in the history class, and among the students there was Harry and Tom. To shorten the dream, the history teacher essentially got lost in the basement and we had half an hour of that class left to go so I suggested that we all go outside and play a game . There were some seniors in the class too, I'm not sure why, but one of them was Chaim Rosenzweig. They didn't want to go out because they were too old to play but the rest of us outvoted them so we went outside. There were two teams, and two team captains - Harry and Tom. We would wear headbands denoting which team we were on. For awhile, Harry's team outnumbered us (we were playing war games), and a lot of our "soldiers" were taken out of action, but last minute our team made a stunning recovery and Tom pretty much won. I almost recall a murder taking place during the war games, but I'm not sure if I imagined it or dreamed it. I read so many mystery novels sometimes it's hard to tell.

Heh, I already knew that. ;D Van could open up her own service. Yeah, I really wish I could. Had another weird one last night. Five of us were in a sort of restaurant - myself, my mother, Harry, Tom, and an unnamed crewman (maybe he was a redshirt) and we decided to bug my mom by all drinking chocolate milkshakes (don't ask me why this would bug her) so there were two of us per table and mom stormed out in a fuss over it. Then Tom briefly discussed the future as he'd like it to play out and after that we went out to the car which just so happened to be equipped with a warp drive.

You're welcome to them, JF. Trade you my Harry ones for any dreams you might have in the future involving Tom. Heh heh, shrinking kitchen tiles. ;D
