Kate is the supreme and ultimate ideal of what a true actor dedicated to their craft should be. She's so darn witty (and in your face) about it, too, for those actors that get paid tons of money and complain about the parts they get. I saw this interview on youtube and fell in love with her answer!! Here's how it went down: Reporter: (Speaking about Kate Mulgrew) What annoys her most are the actors that complain that bad writing holds them back from giving a good performance. Kate: I don't buy that for one minute...that's a lazy actor's response. "They didn't let me act",.....really?? Go get a job on a cereal commercial. I just don't have any time for it......of course you can find every opportunity!! Sit in the seat and say nothing. Do it! Be it! Lift it up! We're all trained here. 43. When you walk up to her to get your photo op done. You are so nervous, but when you get close to Kate you suddenly feel all the nervousness wash away.

It felt it too, it was really strange but amazing that she could do that. I have no idea why i didnt tell you all before. Like right after.  |

NEXT TIME I meet Kate, I'm going to be in total control. Completely!!!!! ( maybe I can try hypnosis or meditation........."I will be eloquent when I meet Kate again, I WILL be eloquent when I meet Kate again....................and so on and so on).
