Poor Kate.....and Michael was 5'2! That she also had a problem with too! I'm as tall as Kate (5'5) and yeah....someone three inches shorter than me....yeah no. LOL I wonder if he had to stand on a box? ;D ;D ;D

Haha, fairhaven.......yeah I bet she had that reaction. Then again, she should have seen some of the next gen episodes, lol. Some of those were crazy when it came to hologram love, or love with other crewmembers, hee hee. I definitely think Fairhaven turned out to be a great one, though..........  |

They were HILARIOUS!!!! Apparently Kate never watched any of TNG video's with the holoprograms! LOL!

Yeah, she should have just given it up to Chakotay, then she wouldn't have had to wonder what her crew thought of her and the hologram. I'm sure most of them figured her and the tatoo hottie were hittin' it, anyway.

I was sitting here watching discovery about people vacationing in space and I wondered
Would Kate would ever really want to go into space?
Also would she not have had the 'What do you think you're playing at' reaction to scorpion/the gift when cute and wise got replaced by the borg barbie?

Kate was NOT at all happy with loosing Jennifer Lien. To top it all off, her and Jeri didn't get along that great. The borg barbie thought she was the queen of the ship (and she was soooo not!!! Kate showed her that eventually; without Janeway, that show would have been nothing special).

Not to mention that the show lost a lot with Kes.
As for Mulgrew's reaction, it's understandable. She was supposed to be the star of the show and her character was supposed to be the main character.
Then some narrow-minder producer makes the change and indirectly tells the cast members that "what you've been doing up to now is crap. Therefore we have to bring in a "sexy babe" to attract male teenage viewers and she's gonna be the new star while the rest of you will become nothing but moving images in the background. We also have to fire one of you to make place for the new star."
An insult to the whole cast, not only to Mulgrew and Lien.
