Picard and Data are my two favorites from TNG. My least favorite is probably Wesley (sorry Van, it's just I can't see a kid that hasn't even attended the Academy yet flying the ship ). I love so many of the characters in Voyager. They've been developed a lot more than the characters in TNG, I think. I've seen a lot more TNG than I have Voyager and yet I feel as if I know the characters personally in Voyager, which I can't say for TNG.

That's allright, many didn't buy the Wesley thing. I got confused with his character at the end of the series, though. Didn't he just disappear into some other dimension/plane of existence or something? Anyone?

This is what I can find on Wiki and Memory Alpha (I'm pretty familiar with TNG since I've seen almost all of them but I really wasn't paying attention when they were talking about Wesley..): "Cadet Crusher resigned from Starfleet Academy in 2370 after The Traveler (posing as a villager on Dorvan V) guided Wesley to a vision of his deceased father telling him that his destiny lay somewhere other than with Starfleet. Wesley heeded the advice after which The Traveler revealed his true identity and promised to mentor the young man on his new journey, presumably to other planes of existence." - MA "Having severed all his ties to the United Federation of Planets, Wesley decides to stay with the Native American colonists on their planet. One of the colonists reveals himself to actually be the Traveler, who confirms that Wesley has now transcended the boundaries of space, time, and thought. Wesley eventually explores his true potential with the Traveler. [later on] Wesley states that he is part of the engineering staff of the USS Titan, indicating that he rejoins Starfleet at some point and either completes his time at the Academy or had been granted a field commission." -Wiki Hope that was helpful.

Okay, so he transcended space, time, and thought and then decides "umm, I'm bored and homesick now, I think I'll go back to Starfleet". Weird.......sounds like a Braga idea.
(Thanks for finding the info, DDL.......)

No problem. Has Braga written all over it, I have no doubt.

LOL that is true it is yummy. I have only season season 1 and the episodes that they have on tv, which are the same ones. The one where Data is Sherlock Holmes and they are solving the murder. And then the one where Whoopie was on the holodeck and there were those weird temporal aliens that had the cane. Yeah

So Nate and I are watching TNG from episode 1 since it is on Netflix. The first episode was weird and kinda corny. I have only seen random episodes. Oh and there was a man wearing a dress!! LOL
