LOL! I can see how that would work. Fortunately I don't have finals for my masters so I won't ever have to assosiate Janeway or anyone else on Voyager with classroom behaviour. I'm not sure my sanity would survive! Although the image of Janeway walking through my school with a compression phaser rifle is a pleasing one!

When i was in a sophomore in high school I used to pretend I'd get beamed out of my math class (which wasn't too hard, I just didn't like the teacher). It was a sweet escape

That sounds like a great idea. I'll have to try that when I start my junior year in a few months.

Ooo, junior year. That was a rough one with the AP's and college-sucking up. It was awesome though because you could see the light at the end of the tunnel.

That's true. I remember when I was 7 or 8 I'd think of all the years of school I had left and I'm finally almost done with it. It's a good feeling.

Depends. They're used for both college and high school grades.
It goes like this:
Freshman: first year/9th grade Sophomore: second year/10th grade Junior: third year/11th grade Senior: fourth year/12th grade

that makes sense. How old are u in 9th grade? for example in year 9 over here students are normally 13 or 14 and in the middle of high school but i'm guessing 9th grade is older?

9th graders are usually 14 or 15. I was 13 actually but that's only because I skipped a grade.

Too bad I can't convince a teacher to let me write an essay on Voyager...

I did a slide show on Voyager for my power point class. Each character had a slide with a little bio on them. it was awsome. I am sure that everyone in my class thought I was a dork, but i got an A.

You had to take a class just on power point? That's retarded.
