I once listed all my fave VOY characters in order, and it included semi-regulars. That was a long time ago, though, and plus I don't remember where the list is. So I'll try to do it over again:
*Doc
*Vorik
*Naomi
*Tom
*Seven
*Neelix
*Tuvok
*B'Elanna
*Janeway
*Icheb
*Harry
*Chakotay
*Kes
Many characters I couldn't rightfully decide where they belong exactly, so I had to just guess at who would go over/under who. The ones in definite places are the Doc, Chakotay, and Kes.
If I forgot anyone, let me know!

Besides Janeway, which is of course my favorite, the doctor would be my next favorite. I watched Virtuoso again yesterday and laughed outloud.....again. He's soooo funny!!! I like when in the beginning that little dark haired lady was talking slow to him as if he was stupid, so he replied to her in the same drawn out slow fashion. He's so sarcastic.....love him!

Yes indeedy. My most watched episodes are the "P/T" ones eg Blood Fever, Day of Honour etc. Love it!  |

Well, my two favorite characters are the Doctor and Seven (I still think they should have ended up together). I also like Neelix and Tuvok, they always seem to make me chuckle.
My least favorite character is of course Naomi Wildman.

I'm pretty sure my list is current. When I first started watching I thought that Tuvok was my favorite and at the time I barely noticed Tom, but now Tuvok is all the way down to fourth place and Tom made it to a very close second.

Doc gets the best exchanges (lines that require another character's dialog to be funny). Tom gets the best one-liners (usually). Sometimes I have a hard time choosing between them for #1 favorite.
