That was the only one on that website. I know that someone did a TNG Suess a while ago, but I'm not aware of any other Voyager ones.
If you look under the "fun" section on the website though, there are lots of other funny things.

I think that we should make some. That would be alot of fun. :DOkay everyone go to their local library and boost their circ stats by checking out all the Dr. Suess books and get into the weird rhyming mood of the Dr. ;D

It is hard to see Tuvok talking in Dr. Seuss but I am sure something could be thought up. Of sourse it woud have to be dry.
