Man, it's seem like there are a lot of baby fics! Not that I mind...hehehe. Just saying all the ones I'm reading incorporate a baby in them. Whoot!

After putting Voyager in dry dock, and before the tech crews arrived, Janeway sat in her command chair. Earlier that day she and Chakotay had packed and sent their things to Indiana. The turbolift opened and he stepped onto the bridge, Janeway was the only one left. "Kathryn." He said walking up to her. "It's time to go."
"I know, just give me a minute." She replied softly.
He smiled. "All right. I'll see you in transporter room one." Placing a hand on her shoulder he said. "Take your time." She nodded and he left.
Standing, she wasn't prepared for how much she was going to miss Voyager. Walking around the bridge, she touched the panels of each station as she began to speak. "I don't know why I have the feeling that you can hear me, understand me, but I do. For the last six years you've carried and sustained us, and not once have I thanked you for it, but I am now.
"Today I say goodbye to an old friend." She said as tears spilled across her cheeks. "I don't know if we'll meet again, but incase we never do I want you to know that I'll never forget the time we've spent together. If Tuvok were here he would say that he could never understand why humans see the need to bond with inaminate objects, but you're more than that to me. You've held us together, and I'm going to miss you." She said having made her way around the bridge.
Standing in front of the turbolift the door opened. Taking one last look around she said. "Computer, lights off." When the lights went out she stepped into the turbolift and looked out at the darkened bridge. "Goodbye old friend." She whispered, and the door closed.
Oh...and BTW..... most of these are *cough* not sutible for children!
