Our RPG

I find myself checking this forum two or three times a day just to see if the RPG has been updated. After looking at so many horribly written Voyager books, I'm finding the RPG a breath of fresh air.

I think the most interesting thing is that it's definitely gone off in it's own direction, but follows canon closely enough that it's totally believable. I mean, I could seriously have seen it as an ongoing story line or an extended episode on the series.

Sigh...addictions are funny things. You never know what is going to strike you as addictive till it's too late.

I'm enjoying it as well. It's just a fun concept, working off the storyline presented in Threshold.

Yes, JF and I were up most of the night working out story lines and how to relate episodes. It was alot of fun!!

I started reading it last night (the lost & found one), I really like it! I didn't get to finish b/c my nieces arrived and were talking to me while I was on the computer. I needed to devote my full attention to it, so I'll finish tonight or tomorrow. Great job w/ the writing, guys!

I like writing Holfti too. She's reserved, but strong and loyal when it comes down to it (once aliens invade the ship, this aspect of her character will be more obvious ).

I'm so waiting for an invasion! Your doing really nicely with developing Holfti! I agreed with the Doctor, she needs to get out more and make friends. They do have a crew compliment of about 140...there must be someone she can hang out with?? LOL!

Well, I do plan to have her approaching Tom soon about pool and if she gets to know him better, that could help her get to know the sisters (since he's the father, of course, and though they seem to spend more time with their mother if she gets to be friends with him it will get her more acquainted with the family) and Harry better, and that would help incorporate her into the story more.

And of course, I plan to spend some time with the Doctor. I've noticed so far that he hasn't really been in the story (naturally, it's about the people writing the RPG, so the other characters would be secondary) but he's such a funny and engaging character that I can't leave him out. Besides, I feel confident writing his character because I know the Doctor fairly well, I haven't learned as much about the sisters so they aren't as easy to write.
