All the ones listed above Christmas Vacation I'd swear by and the ones under aren't too bad either. The above CV, if you ever get the chance to see, you must. One caution though, Midnight Run, much as I love it, has a lot of swear words (other than that it's fine), so if you don't have something like TV Guardian, it might not be easy on your ears. It's not as bad as Die Hard though.
I also liked the Fugitive, so add it to the list.
I love Christmas Vacation!! It blows the other Vacations away. I love it when they're eating at the table and all of a sudden you see the big waft of flames as the Christmas tree lights are chewed through by the cat. Or the entire sledding scene. ;D

Or when the sewer explodes. And I loved it when the policeman told Clark's employer, "If I had a rubber hose...!" ;D

Okay I am tryin gto find the Nightmare Before Christmas. I was searching Amazon. They are selling used from $38. That is alot for that movie seeing that it is about an hour long. I was trying to figure out what it is so expensive and I think that I got it. It is a Disney movie so that probally have it locked in the Vault. Uggg.
