That pretty much sums up what happens whenever Chakotay is in control ;D ... to re-read the String Theory books. However, I am only re-reading the first two books. As far as I am concerned the third one does not exist. When I am done with the second one, I will simply formulate my own, far more superior ending!! Mwahahahahahaha...... i'm so with u on that. No book with Janeway in a coma for a third of it and then having her memory wiped for her own mental health should ever have made it to the publishers. The third book was such an obvious attempt at wrapping up any and all inconsistancies with characters like Kes in fury and Janeways supposed mood swings. I'm kinda surprised they didn't fling the bog baby in there somewhere and have done with it! Still we have to have the bad to appreciate the good

Ha ha....yeah really, the Borg baby could grow up, mate with One, produce an entire hive of half-29th century Borg. Who could then set off on their mission.....to "assimilate" as much knowledge as possible. "Enlightened" Borg who no longer felt perfection to be the ultimate goal, they could ultimately serve as the go between the Borg and the Federation, thus leading to lasting peace.........
Oh wait, or Janeway could just kill the Queen and get her crew home....

I agree with JF that the last book in String Theory sucks...NO JANEWAY! OMG!!! WHAT KINDA BOOK IS THIS ANYWAY? ;D I'm not finished reading it yet, Janeway is still braindead in the part that I'm at and Q still has Tom and Harry. What I wanna know is am I going to be disappointed at the end of the book when they get Janeway back?

After re reading this topic I think that I am going to reread them. I have forgotten alot of the details.

I know there are other characters, but I am attached to Janeway ...it's hard to read a book about Voyager without Janeway in it for me. But Belanna is getting on my good side in these books right now

I understand that a character not being in a book will push you away from it. (Books in general) To me there is alot more to look forward to in the book even if a specific character isnt in it. Plot, other character development.... I dont know I guess I jsut cant see how I could not like a book because there is a character missing. It is kinda like not liking an episode of Voyager because Janeway isnt the main character in the episode.
Wow, I am never like this. Hummmm
