A hardbound copy of Mosaic has found it's way into my home. Unfortunately, a previous copy of Mosaic lives here already. The second copy is minus it's dust jacket, but would love to have a good home where it will be the alpha copy. If you don't have a copy of it, or know someone who would love to give it a home, just let me know!

That is kinda true you have to be careful with used books. If there is mold in them or smoke, it will move into all your other books.

If it got wet. You would be suprised how people return library books back. We have had them returned coverend in mold because the spilt something in it. There doesnt have to be alot of water damage to it either for this to happen.
If it gets into the binding the water and the glue are made for mold. Then it gorws in the cover. If you dont check this and put a book like this next to your other books the mold spreads. It isnt a good thing!
Lesson: If you get your book wet it is better to toss it or recycle it, if you can, and get a new one.

That avatar is friggin' awesome!!! I know about the mold damage to books, btw. Some of my highschool yearbooks got ruined that way b/c a tree fell on my storage shed and leaked rain on my stuff.  |
