Can't Believe It

I just found out that my best friend's mom may have cancer.
This is pretty upsetting for her and her mom, and me. I hate hate hate cancer with a vengeance and hoped I'd never have to 'deal' with it again after my little sister had it.

So if I seem a bit depressed/not around as much, that may be why.

Awe, that's very sad lauren. Both my grandmother and my great aunt had cancer. My prayers are with all of you.

Stay positive. Maybe it will end up not being cancer. If it is, treatments keep getting better and better. I hope things look up soon. Hang in there girl!

I'm sorry to hear that. My best friend's Mom had throat cancer last year. She went through therapy, quit smoking, and is doing great (no remission). I pray that your friend's Mom will do as well as my friend's Mom did.....

Recently someone I know was diagnosed with prostate cancer but fortunately surgery was successful; I hope things go well for your friend as well.

I hope so too. Apparently they're going to do a biopsy pretty soon and then we'll know more. thanks for the support, you guys.
