I am tping this enitre post with my eyes closed. I want to see exactly how well i can do and to see who else can do like me if not bettter. Type a post with your eyes closed and do not edit it. Just hit the post button. figure this would be something fun to do at random. I started doing this when i got headachs and it helps out some but not alot. either way its still cool that i can type as good as i can without looking at the keyboard nore the moniter...alright your turn...who's next!?!!!?

Typing with your eyes closed is just like typing and not looking at the keyboard. It's crazy easy for anybody who's ever taken a typing class.
That said, I LOVE KATE MULGREW!!!!! There you go, I can type it even with my eyes closed!!!!! <3 <3 <3

That is hilarious. I am no that good at typing with my eyes closed. It takes me alot longer to type this way. When my eyes are open I type really fast.

lol i think it's fun even if you've taken typing classes. I haven't taken any this is just from all these years of doing RPGs... and while im typing im chanting in my mind.. "I'm one with my keyboard, I'm one with my keyborad"....and it works ....most of the time....
by the way all post i post in here are going to be with my eyes closed
oh and for those of you who think this is super easy lets put a little twist into it. Humm while you do it......

I'm a sagitarius, I always have a song stuck in my head....LOL
and I'm a total Type A which means I can totally multi-task.
and I have to be perfect at everything I do....and if I'm not going to be I don't try.....LOL

I've never taken a typing class but I usually type without looking at the keyboard.. however, when I have to do it "on command" I suddenly can't. It's kind of weird.

it's because you psyche yourself out thinking about it. WHen you type normally you aren't thinking about it. Its the same stuff that makes you freeze up right before an exam....

Yeah, I know what you mean. I don't know how many fairly easy quizzes/tests I haven't done as well as possible on because my brain froze up.
You wouldn't believe how nervous I was when I did my first interview of a fairly famous actor. I'm not normally a nervous person (I can go on stage and perform a solo without flinching) but this interview just totally freaked me out. I guess in a much, much lesser degree the same principle applies to this: when you're concentrating on it, it can make it harder.

All right, that's fair.  It's more likely that you know him by sight than by name - it was Saul Rubinek. He's the kind of guy that's been in everything (like Stargate, the Twilight Zone, Eureka, etc - tons of famous things) but you still end up calling him "that guy". I also like to listen to music when I am online. I am listening to Rascal Flatts right now. I am farily good at multi tasking. I understand being perfect at everything. I like to have everything perfect. It used to bother me about my typing not always being perftect, but I have finally after years and years learned to deal with it, well most of the time. |

OOh, DDL, I know who he is!! He's the "antique collector" who stole Data in Next Gen. That guy was mean!! (Good actor........). Okay, now I'm typing with my eyes closed......it's not too hard. I do type a little slower........it's all in my mind I guess.
