We found out today, that my husband has been "let go" from his new job of 60 days. He served in the military for 20 years and was going to start his "second career".
This place never sent him to school or anything, they just decided out of the blue that he "wasn't working out"...and that's that.
Lovely...just lovely. Sigh...I could just cry, I swear.

I know that it must be terrible.
I've been in the same situation twice in six years, but I must admit that those companies who fired me at least did it for economical reasons. They had to cut down their staffs.
But it's terrible anyway. I hope that he will find a new job soon.

I'm sorry to hear that. I think everything happens for a reason, though, so maybe there's a much better job for him around the corner. I hope it works out............

I hope so too. My mom's in almost the same situation, so I know that it's hard to deal with sometimes, but I hope things improve for you soon.

OMG Icant wait for this weekend to be OVER. DONE FINITO OVER. This is the best birth control ever. The only thing that you need a a ten year old for the weekend. I thought that it was bad on Friday. LOL Friday was cake. Got him ready for day care, then drop him off for the entire day then pick him up again. OMFG today has been really trying. We were planning on going to the ZOO of the meseum. Both of which he does like, and then he got on this fit about going to the lake to catch a frog that he could keep as a pet. OMG I was kinda mad, I drove all the way to the Zoo/ meseum. they are right next to each other and he starts thrown a fit. I thought about going still since i really wanted to go, but decided that it would be better to come home. I told him that he had the choice of going to the zoo or the meseum instead of this frog fit or we are going to go hom. well there is nothing to do at my house. So after this fit I drive all the way home and started cleaning the house. I finally gave up and allowed him to play a video game which didnt last long, suprisingly.
Then I was running down in the basement, tredmill, and he walks up behind me. OMG I almsot had a heart attack. I wasnt expecting him to come in. so the whole afternoon since there is nothing to do here he has been following me. So I had to stop running, Ill continue that when he is in bed tonight ehich means that KJ and JF will miss me for about and hour or two.
I really wish that my family would come home so he has some other people to follow and talk to. I fell so bad because there is nothing for him to do. Lets hope that tomorrow is ALOT Better!!!!
Thanks for listening to my vent. Lets just say when I feel the neded to have children ill borrow someone elses, then my fit will be over! LOL

Awe...poor Mel.  Got movies for him? Or if that doesn't work just tie him up to the chair, and make him stay still, or throw some Jack Daniels into his juice....kid will sleep for hours.   (kidding...everyone) |
