I love quotes. Funny quotes, inspirational quotes, thought provoking quotes. It doesn't really matter. I even have an entire notebook filled with quotes. So I thought it might be fun to have a place to share some of our favorite quotes. So here are a few of mine:
"You can lead a fool to wisdom, but you can't make him think."
"A wise man can see more from the bottom of a well than a fool can see from the top of a mountain."
"Your heart understands what you head cannot yet conceive; trust your heart."
"It is never too late to be what you might have been."
"To be loved is to be fortunate, but to be hated is to achieve distinction."
"Of all the rights of women, the greatest is to be a mother." - Lin Yutang
"A broke hand works, but not a broken heart."
"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." - Eleanore Roosevelt
"Remember that everyone you meet wears an invisible sign. It reads 'Notice me. Make me feel important.'"

Don't mistake skill at concealing feelings for lack of emotion
When two souls really touch, it is forever. Then time and space disappear and all that remains is the consciousness that we are not alone.

Gravitation cannot be held responsible for people falling in love. How on earth can you explain in terms of chemistry and physics so important a biological phenomenon as first love? Dreams surely are difficult, confusing, and not everything in them is brought to pass for mankind. For fleeting dreams have two gates: one is fashioned of horn and one of ivory. Those which pass through the one of sawn ivory are deceptive, bringing tidings which come to nought, but those which issue from the one of polished horn bring true results when a mortal sees them. ~ Homer
