Hmm, if an artificial life wanted to fake its death, as opposed to commit suicide? It's probably the same as for organic life, don't you think? Maybe easier because there's no proof it was alive to begin with?

So, recently, I've found myself in this great dilemma I've been going through (I'll choose not to explain it). And I've been trying to figure out what to do, because no matter what I chose somebody is going to get hurt. And finally, after some soul searching, the old question "what would Janeway do?" came up. Now it will sound retarded to most of you....maybe even crazy. But I don't really think Janeway's too bad of a moral compass.
And Janeway would walk away. She'd get herself out of this situation. She wouldn't allow anyone to make her feel insignificant or not good enough. And that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to walk away. Atleast then the only pain I cause will be pain to myself. I can live with that.

UGH!!! OH MY GOD!!!
The second, the final second when you actually believe you have endured all the bullshit that another human being can throw at you....when you've suffered through the never ending lies and bull and have finally found some way to make peace with it all and try to move on....
some asshole comes along and manages to make all the shit you went through before look like a walk in the park. When you see what you believe to be the absolutely worst behavior a man can exhibit, another shows up to prove you wrong.
I don't know what in the hell kind of signals I am sending out there in the world. But I wish I could stop it. And If I could ship all the men to China, I do believe that I would.

Im here, well kinda. I finished school and passed my class which is a good thing seeing that I thought that I was going to fail it. I ended up with a C, which I will take. It is funny DDL that you said that you are thinking about becoming a physics major. I am changing mine to math. After that physics class I am done.
That is mainly what you will be doing with a physics degree, circuits and magnetic fields. Since I didnt really like this class and with everything that is happening with my love life I dont think that it will be practical sticking with physics. Moving every three to fours years doesnt really allow me to work for big companys like Ball Aerospace. Oh well. So the plan now is to get my BA in Math and go and get my MLS.
So what is happening in my life... well Nate got sponsered by the Air Force Academy to go and get his masters and come back to the academy to teach. That is something that he has always wanted to do. The school that they are sending him to is in Ohio, and he asked me to come with him. So some time in the late summer/early fall I will be moving to Ohio. We will be there for 18 months then we will come back to Colorado for his teaching.
So thats all that has been happening with me. I hope that all is well with everyone! I am also glad that it is now back into to the double digits. A week of negative temps. was really getting old.
