I just finished books 1 & 2 of the Genesis Wave series by John Vornholt. There are 3 books in the series but after reading the preview for #3 I'm not sure I want to read it...it looks bizarre. Of course I'll probably change my mind eventually and read it anyways! Anyhow, I picked these up because I enjoy Vornholt's TNG novels and they seemed interesting. I really enjoyed them, there was a lot of action and 'twists and turns'. I kind of tuned out the TOS movie that dealt with the Genesis Wave so it was cool to read the books and learn more about it. I really only had an issue with some of Data's lines, just weird things that he would never have said. But all in all, entertaining. I recommend them to anyone who enjoys TNG novels. And if anyone here has read the 3rd book in the series, please let me know if it's worth reading. I'm always interested in others' opinions.
