When i was a kid i liked music but never had the kind of understanding and feeling for it like i do now,it never occured to me just how beautifull Voyagers theme music really was,i think it had the best score of all the star trek shows!!does anyone remember the composer?! Update: i found who did it,Jerry Goldsmith!

Yeah, I was thinking it was Jerry Goldsmith, but wasn't sure and didn't have time to look it up when I saw your post.

He has done most of the music for Star Trek and I think all of the theme scores. Music composers for tv and movies creat fantastic music. Howard Shore is also another amazing composer!!!

I agree on Hans Zimmer, and I also really like John Powell's work.

I'm a fan of the new score as well.... by Michael Giacchino. Sooooo good! I'm going to use his music in my power point for class. Gotta love it when you can choose your own topic!

www.youtube.com/watch?v=rY07_dX3F88Snowbelle: Here's one of his pieces from "How to Train Your Dragon." He also scored movies like "Chicken Run" along with Harry Gregson-Williams (my favorite from this track is "Building the Crate"), Shrek (also with HGW), Ice Age: The Meltdown, PS I Love You, Kung Fu Panda (with Zimmer), and others.
