I am obsessed with Harry Potter and I love Voyager and HP equally...(so please put the phaser away...) I just wanna know how many more HP fan's are in here, disguesed by their Star Fleet uniforms....

Im not gonna turn on the radio. tv, or computer till I'm finished! Can you imagine turning on the tv and someone saying what happened!!! ARG!!! NEVER!!!!

I can't WAIT!!!

I am a HP fan also. I too cant wait for the last book to come out. I really want to read it to find out what happens but then again I dont want to read it because that is the end

I love the night of the book releases!!!

It's too cute watching the KIDS......I'm mean I have never seen little kids get so excited about reading, and I really love what Harry Potter has done for inspiring more to read. And it's not even just the kids. After HBP came out I saw all kinds of adults, on the bus, train, Starbucks....EVERYWHERE reading!!!

And it brought me to two of my best friends in the world. One was my professor Claudia, from my community college whom is 62 and she is now a major part of my life, and two is my best friend whom I met with Claudia in the writing lab, the day after the release of the book. We all decided to go out for lunch and speculate on what would happen next and we have been the best of friends since, and I would never imagine my life without them.

But thats what I'm talking about....HP brought together a 62, 40, and 25 year old together. When else does that happen!? And every year we get together for the movie and now this year we will all be together for the midnight release!!!

It may be the end for the books but we will at least have two more years of movies....!!! thats something.

That is true! You know what isfunny, is most people think that JK wrote these books for children. She actually meant for them to be for adults.

"You two," she went on, gazing down at Fred and George, "are about to learn what happens to wrongdoers in my school."
"You know what?" said Fred. "I don't think we are."
He turned to his twin.
"George," said Fred, "I think we've outgrown a full-time education."
"Yeah, I've been feeling that way myself," said George lightly.
"Time to test our talents in the real world, d'you reckon?" asked Fred.
"Definitely," said George.
And before Umbridge could say a word, they raised their wants and said together, "Accio Brooms!"
Harry heard a loud crash somewhere in the distance. Looking to his left he ducked just in time -- Fred and George's broomsticks, one still trailing the heavy chain and iron peg with which Umbridge had fastened them to the wall, were hurtling along the corridor toward their owners. They turned left, streaked down the stairs, and stopped sharply in front of the twins, the chain clattering loudly on the flagged stone floor.
"We won't be seeing you," Fred told Professor Umbridge, swinging his leg over his broomstick.
"Yeah, don't bother to keep in touch," said George, mounting his own.
Fred looked around at the assembled students, and at the silent, watchful crowd.
"If anybody fancies buying a Portable Swamp, as demonstrated upstairs, come to number ninety-three Diagon Alley - Weasley's Wizard Wheezes," he said in a loud voice. "Our new premises!"
"Special discounts to Hogwarts students who swear they're going to use our products to get rid of this old bat," said George, pointing at Professor Umbridge.
"STOP THEM!" shrieked Umbridge, but it was too late. As the Inquisitorial Squad closed in, Fred and George kicked off from the floor, shooting fifteen feet into the air, the iron peg swinging dangerously below. Fred looked across the hall at the poltergeist bobbing on his level above the crowd.
"Give her hell from us, Peeves."
And Peeves, whom Harry had never seen take an order from a student before, swept his belled hat from his head and sprang to a salute as Fred and George wheeled about to tumultuous applause from the students below and sped out of the open front doors into the glorious sunset.

I've pre ordered my book today! Shes gonna make me cry again isn't she? I read the end of the last book holding the book above my head coz I couldn't see the pages through the tears otherwise!
She'll do it again and them it'll be over and I'll cry for that too! Why do all good things come to an end? Shouldn't they go on and on and on? I'll still wanna read about Harry when he's 60!
