I figured we probably need a place to talk about all of the upcoming conventions we want to/will be/are thinking about attending.
John just told me, and I see it on the site also, that John DeLancie will be a bonus guest at the Vulkon convention in Columbus next May!

I'm going to try to go to one where most of you guys will be attending. I think it would be a real hoot to meet Van as well (and of course deliver the promised cookies). ;D
Still holding out for a Robbie con though... wish he'd schedule one.

Awwww......
Yeah, I saw yesterday that Q was gonna be in Columbus. However, it all depends on who goes to Burbank. Mel, Jax, and I will be in Burbank for the Grand Slam Sifi summit in April!!! We're gonna meet B'Elanna!!! Whoot!!
But what I really REALLY want to go to is the very first FedCon in the US in June!!! Now THAT would be HUGE!!! Only it's in Texas and Mel apparently has an aversion to Texas. Hummm.
I do like the smaller conventions though. But if Kate and John are together in Ohio....Hummmm. I really wanna meet TGN crowd too. Then again..... I really want to see EVERYONE. I may just do Burbank and Vegas this year. oh! And Seattle and Denver! Yeah.... then I'll be all tapped out for the year. I still wanna go to Ireland and the beaches of Mexico. *shakes head* I'm never gonna get there with all these conventions. Yeah.... only two cons this year. But which ones......hummmm.

You still up for meeting Beltran, KJ? I know Sarah is ready to see Garrett again (and I haven't met him, so I'd like to find out where he'll be next). And I want to meet Picard and Riker. (I met Geordi in Tulsa; he was soooo nice!!) OMG, if John is going to be in Columbus while Kate is there, holy hell that's going to be awesome!! They're such good friends! I'll have to dig up the picture of him with my niece when she was 4 yrs old. He'll get a kick out of that!

You guys are getting ahead of yourselves by automatically assuming that Kate will be at Columbus.
I don't actually think that she'll be there. Not to be a downer or anything. But, I just don't get that impression after talking to Gary. Sorry guys.

Me, me, and me!!! I'm in, even if Kate isn't there (if Kate isn't there it's probably b/c she'll be doing another play, and that's just fine with me cause' I'll just go see her play, too..........ANY REASON TO GO BACK TO NYC, my new Disney World, haha. ) Hey JF, is Gary in charge of Vulcon?? Those bastards still owe me a t-shirt from last time! They never sent me mine, I emailed them and they never responded.  |

I'm hoping so bad that there will be a Voyager guest at one of the Vulkon cons in FL next year (assuming they're going to have them... no dates as of yet). There weren't any at either Orlando Ladies of Sci-Fi or Orlando Sci-Fi Expo this year... which means I haven't seen a main Voyager cast member in like 5 or 6 years... *going through withdrawls*
