Don't worry, I plan to. When I get my Voyager DVDs, they sure won't be gathering any dust.

I watched Endgame at my brother's house with him, and all of my nieces. We were GLUED to the television (I was quite dismayed at the 7/C thing- ughhh; needless to say I'm a J/Cer), but I thought it was fantastic (except I wanted to know what happened after they got home!!) I was sad after I left and realized it was over. Watch this video and you'll know how I felt: www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZzS9nEXhzU

Oooo. I need to watch this video when I don't have an evil exam to study for Endgame is awesome (despite the C/7 scenes that nearly made me throw something at the TV or pass out from the agony of it.) I'm surprised at how many people don't like it. I think it's good you have two copies...just in case there's a fire or something, lol. I think I still have my taped-off-tv engame episodes from years ago.... Hey Vanynessa, I'm glad to see a fellow North Carolinian! Maybe now I can get away with same y'all sometimes ( ?) ;D

Heck yeah!! Let's do some recruiting and spread our obsession. I'm from High Point (the Triad). What part of the state are you from? By the way, Kate once complimented our state at her 96' appearence @ Walt Disney World in Orlando (see below; from the transcipt...)
Q 12: I was going to ask if Voyager had anything to do with Q again?
Kate Mulgrew: Will he come back again? Where are you from?
Q 12: .... North Carolina.
Kate Mulgrew: North Carolina! Beautiful state, isn't it?
Q 12: Yes.
That must mean she's been here! Yay; Kate's been to NC and she loved it (so we can probably get her to come back. Maybe we can start a convention or something for the Southeast....and ask Kate to come!!)

Yeah, even though there are some things I don't agree with that occurred in Endgame, I still think it was a pretty decent finale in comparison with other series finales. At least it wrapped the show up; a lot of shows I watch apparently never end...

I'm surprised at how many people don't like it. Red I know how you felt with the whole C/7 thing. I was yelling at the TV I was trying really hard not to throw anything at it. But I really thought that I was going to be sick from it. I also have the borg collection I have th others and the Fans Captain selection is coming out this month!!!

Whose idea was C/7 anyway? Can I blame it on Braga?

I heard it was Kate's. The writers had actually considered putting J/C together, but she thought it would be inappropriate (Captain/1st officer), so she gave them the idea for C/7. If I didn't already have a better question for the convention, I would have to ask her "why, WHY, WHYYYYYYYYY? ?" **sobs, pounds fists on ground and collapses in sadness** They would have been perfect together. Oh well.

Ahh....I love C/7!!! Ha ha....If you think about it, he is a boring old plank, and she tried to steal the show. So what does she do? She ends up with the guy who wasn't good enough for the real star of the show!!! That's what I call poetic justice.

If she thought it was inappropriate, why did they even work on developing the relationship in the first place?

the original writer wanted her to have a relationship with him, and had worked out how she could still be the wonderful captain that she is. Then Braga got involved and there was some shifting around and bye bye J/C. He made it so preposterous that KM would never go for it. Hence no J/C.

Figures. Leave it to Braga to screw something up.
