Just wanted to say that today, in 2001, Star Trek Voyager ended. Yup today was the day that Endgame showed, and life as we knew it in the Delta Quadrant sist to exist. *Deep sigh* Let us all take a moment to remember the first day..... Or just pop it in your DVD player and NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE that is OVER!!!! (At least thats what I'm gonna do )

Awe, so sad. I can totally remember what I was doing!! I was pregnant at the time and I watched it in my room, alone. I taped it so that I could watch it over and over again. And I bawled my eyes out!!! My face was totally red by the end.

I remember watching Endgame. I was in my room watching it on my old 13inch tv. I started crying when I saw Chakotay's grave. My friend called while i was watching it and I said, Cant talk got to go by, and hung up the phone without a response. Then when they were in the transwarp hub I kept screaming to show me the view screen. Then when they came out of the fire I started jumping up and down screaming They made it home! My mom yelled up the stairs wanting to know what the "Hell" I was doing. HAHA. Then I cried because the show was over.

OMG!!! I totally cried at the end when we thought they were still gonna be in the Delta Quadrant....lol. Even though, I was sorta rooting for that. I'm weird, I know.

If they were still in the Delta Quad, there would still have to be a continuation of the series. They couldnt just leave them there. So you arent alone on that one.

I was so upset because my cable dropped UPN, so I couldn't see it. I actually didn't see it until October 2006, if you can believe it. I bought the book version & the Homecoming & Farther Shore books, but still hadn't see the finale. I got the seventh season for Christmas 2005, and STILL didn't watch it. I guess I thought if I still hadn't see the end, it hadn't happen. I finally watched it in Oct of 2006, and it was CRAZY. I couldn't believe the Chakotay/Seven thing going on; I'm a die hard J/Cer so I was pissed. But all in all, I was just glad they made it home. I'm just glad it lives on...

oh wow Lauren. Had that been me, the cable company would have had one very crazed pregnant woman on their hands! I think I single handedly would have managed to get UPN back on the air!!! LOL.

That would not be a good thing at all. Plus the whole pregnant aspect would have made it 10 times worse.

I watched it when it first showed here in the UK. There was a whole weekend dedicated to episodes where they'd been in contact with earth or took a big step closer which was awsome. I remember watching and being so worried when it looked like they were going back to the delta quadrant. I mean what would happen then? It was the last episode. How would we know what happened to them? If they made it home? Then I think I actually cried when they showed that they were back. I was jumping around in my chair and everything. Memories

Unfourtunatley for me, Endgame was one of the first episodes I saw (I bought it in the BORG fan collection). I wasn't able to appreciate them getting home as much when I first saw it. It's strange, almost like I'm watching the series in reverse.

Same here, Thane. I saw just one episode before I, much later, saw Endgame part II (the first episode I watched when I was supposed to be doing my math class. ) and when I saw Endgame it got me interested enough to watch more, but I didn't appreciate it half as much as I could have if I'd know all about the characters and what they'd been through.
