Ok, how in the world can someone be a Voyager fan and NOT LIKE JANEWAY!?!?!?!?! That is impossible. They are probably intimidated that a woman can run that show better than any man can I am just SOOOOOOOOO happy that the 'original' Janeway left and they brought in Kate. How the hell did they pass on her the first time around anyway???

Yes, that's what it had to be........the men! Imagine how much better the show would have been if more women were in charge! There'd probably be a kickass Voyager movie by now.

Okay, I thought I would post this here because even though he wasn't a Kate hater, he was a Kate annoyer. I met this guy at the convention that seemed pretty nice, and he knew the promoters. He showed me some of the cool scripts that he owned that he's had signed, all belonging to at least one of the original actors (one belonged to Garrett....). Later, when I picked up my photo op picture, I glanced at all the photos which were laid out on the table; Kate had a lovely smile in ALL of them, except one. She had the most confused, odd look on her face in my friend's photo. I almost felt bad for him (what an awful picture), and when he picked up his picture, I tried not to say anything about it. Anyway, That night at the banquet I was talking to him, and we got on the subject of Tim Hagen. That lead to politics and how I support what Tim has to say. This guy couldn't be any more opposite than me, as I quickly realized when he said he LOVED president Bush and everything he stands for. Needless to say we got in a huge debate, that was pretty docile until he said something dealing with Kate. He said, "yeah, I don't agree at ALL with her politics, so I purposely wore this Mayor Guliani for president 2008" hat for my photo op with her, just to see her reaction, haha." I glared at him until I realized that Kate made that face on purpose. LMAO, his photo SUCKED because of his stupid joke, haha. Everyone's photo was great except for his. He paid all that money for a suckyass photo. I wish I had a copy of his picture, it was hilarious. He gave me his card so I may still email him and ask him for a copy (I of course won't tell him why.....) Kate's so funny, haha. Now I'll never forget that look she gave in his photo, friggin hilarious!!!! In your face, buddy! (Everyone's entitled to their own politcal opinions, but don't piss Kate off, OKAY!!!)

I don't know why anyone would go out of their way to insult someone like that. I'm fans of a lot of liberal people; I would never go and meet them just to inform them that my politics were totally different. They're entitled to their opinions just as much as I am - and besides, who wants to annoy a good actor at that? I'd love to see the photo though.
